1000HP SCR Drilling Rig

All Items listed are optional.  The total system will be configured per customer specifications

MAST: 142' x 25’ x 750 K Mast with 12 lines, I-beam construction, complete with sling line equalizer, DSII leg mounted deadline anchor, and 26’ headache rack.  Crown block; to consist of (6) 1-3/8” x 60” sheaves in a cluster with (1) 60” fast line.  

SUBSTRUCTURE: 25'-0" Box on Box on Box ((2)-10’ boxes & (1) 5’pony).  Substructure rated at 750 k rotary (casing) and 500 K pipe setback (simultaneous).  Drill floor to include, driller’s dog house, 3” oak setback area, 2” square tubing handrails around perimeter of floor, V-door ramp, air & water piping, winch mounts, wire trays, 18" catwalks, and (2) removable stairways.

DRAWWORKS:  Refurbished or New 1000 hp electric Drawworks.

TOP DRIVE: Canrig, 375 Ton (inc. track, crown hanger, harpoon, etc.) Top Drive Support Unit (TDSU house)

ROTARY TABLE: Model RK-27.5 (or equal), chain drive, w/ bushings.

TRAVELING BLOCK/HOOK: 500 ton block, with (6) 60” sheaves and grooved for 1 3/8” wire rope.

CHOKE MANIFOLD: 4" X 3" "H Style" 10,000 psi Choke manifold, 25' Stainless Steel Choke Hose

 ACCUMULATOR UNIT: 6 Station equipped with triplex pump, air pump, nitrogen bottles, and piping. Remote mounted in top dog house.

• 13 5/8" 10,000 psi Double BOP

SCR HOUSE: IEC Systems I-Drive SCR system; includes (3) Generator bays, (4) SCR bays, MCC, electrical wiring, starters, lighting, transformers, etc, to run required rig components.  House enclosure comes complete with insulated walls, A/C, plug panel, and 18” oilfield skid. 

POWER SYSTEM:

3 Each Caterpillar 3512C Land Electric Power Module, Engine rating = 1476 HP @ 1200 rpm; Includes one Caterpillar 12 cylinder turbocharged after cooled, diesel oilfield  engine, 4-cycle, 170 mm bore x 191 mm stroke (6.7 in bore x 7.5 in stroke),  Length = 7.85 m (25 ft. 9 in.; Counter clockwise rotation (as viewed from flywheel end.

      KATO 6P6-3300 GENERATOR

Provides a 1365 ekW, 1950 KVA, 0.7 PF generator arrangement. 

Generator Specifications: 

• 1.      Type: 6 Pole, 1200 RPM, 3 Phase, 60 Hz, 346/600 volts. 

• 2.      Connection: 4 wire wye

• 3.      Duty: Continuous

• 4.      Insulation Class: F

• 5.      Bearing Design: 2 bearing, anti-friction.

 ELECTRICAL:

• 1 – Lot Class 1 Div I/II lighting system for all components listed, complete with plug/receptacles for each light per API RP500.
• A/C cables are 125 degree C and are sized for use in -20 degree C ambient to +40 degree C ambient using NEC safety factors with ampacities calculated from IEEE 45 Table A6
• Cables will be installed using NEC standards for hazardous location equipment wiring
• All D/C power cables are 125 degree C and are sized for use in -40 to +40 degree C ambient atmosphere based on IADC-DCCS-1 standards dated 8/31/81 for single conductor cables for Drawworks, mud pump, and rotary, duty.
• Cables at explosion proof motors, not internally sealed, will be fitted with explosion proof seals.  All connections to be weatherproof.
• All equipment to be grounded in accordance to NEC standards and an additional Loop/Skid Ground System with ground rods in accordance with NEC standards.
• All Agitator’s with S/1 remote starters to be grouped to allow power to motors utilizing minimum number of Power cables.  All /Shaker/Degasser motors to have individual feeders from SCR house.  Disconnects for Shakers/Degasser to be provided on tank utilizing standard Appleton or Killark plugs with four hole mounted back boxes.

AIR SYSTEM:

• (2) 40 HP electric screw compressors with receivers.

• (1) Cold start package, mounted on generator skids, and piped accordingly.

AIR TUGGERS: (2) 5000 lb. capacity air hoists, with guards and lubricators.

MUD PUMPS: (2) - 1300HP F1300 pumps, driven by (2) GE 752 DC electric motors, unitized with belts and sheaves.  Fluid end to include strainer cross, 5000 # pulsation dampener, pop offs, and bleed offs.  Discharge lines to be piped to rear of pump, with a 4” vibrator hose jumped to manifold on grasshopper skid.  Suction lines, to be piped from mud tanks thru a strainer, into a 5” x 6” centrifugal pump, discharging into the pump suction.

 MUD TANKS (1000 BBLS):

• Supply a 10’ W x 8’ H x 40’ L, (500 bbl) Shaker Tank, consisting of (4) compartments, with sloped bottom, 1”serrated grating, 1 ½” square tube lay down handrails, piping for desander/desilter, flip down walkways around shaker area, agitator mounts, 6” square tube rim, ladder access and hatch way for each compartment, 12” tail board skid, and a 10’ porch on one end for centrifugal pumps. Tank equipped with mud guns, (2) 10 hp mud agitators, equalizing lines, and (2) 6"x 8" centrifugal pumps with 75 hp XP electric motors.

• Supply a 10’ W x 8’ H x 40’ L, (500 bbl) Suction Tank, consisting of (3), compartments (2- suction and 1-slug pit), with sloped bottom, 8” or 10” suction manifold w/ (2) suction inlets, 1” serrated grating, 1 ½” square tube lay down handrails, agitator mounts, 6” square tube rim, ladder access and hatch way for each compartment, 12” tail board skid, and a 10’ porch on one end for centrifugal pumps. Tank equipped with mud guns, equalizer lines, (3) 10 hp mud agitators, and (2) 6"x 8" centrifugal pumps with 75 hp xp electric motors.

MUD EQUIPMENT:

• (1) Desander, 10” x 2 cone to include header, pressure gage, and trough.
• (1) Desilter, 4” x 16 cone to include header, pressure gage, and trough.
• (1) 6” mixing hopper, with sack table and venturi, mounted on end of tank.
• (3) Shale Shakers – High volume linear motion.

WATER TANK: Supply a 500 bbl water tank, (10’ x 32’ x 8’, with 8’ porch), built on 12” tailboard skid.  Tank, to be constructed of ¼” crimp wall, with 4” square tubing upper rim, with (2) 3” x 4”, 20HP centrifugal pumps, piped accordingly.

FUEL TANK: Supply a 13000 gallon fuel tank, (8’ wide x 28’ long x 8’ high, with 8’porch), built on a 12” (3) runner tailboard skid.  Tank construction, to be ¼” crimp wall, cleanout, sight glass, and associated piping. Tank includes, (2)-3HP centrifugal pumps, piping, filter system, hose and nozzle, for filling auxiliary equipment.

CHANGE HOUSE/TOOL HOUSE: Supply change house/tool house, 10' x 38', built on a 12” (3) runner tailboard skid.  The house is to be constructed of ¼” crimp wall, and to include center dividing wall, with an entry door @ each end. The change room is to include a bench, (8) heavy duty steel lockers, and table. Tool room is to include shelves with 3” lip along one side, and tool bench on opposite side.

RIG MATS: Each mat to be constructed of 3 runner longitudinal W6x15# WF beams, with yellow pine lumber running perpendicular, notched to create a flat surface. Mats will include fork lift deflectors and wear plates @ 8’ centers for ease of handling. The outside perimeter will be boxed in with plate steel, and keyhole slots for lifting.
